Many of the Acapela Group voices are available in two flavors:

• The High-Quality version of the voice have a clearer and more pleasant timbre. These voices are often used for listening to longer texts.
• The Colibri version of the voice is slightly more robotic but much better in reading at higher speech rate. These voices are suited for fast navigation between menus and interfaces.

Here are few samples of High Quality and corresponding Colibri voices to illustrate the differences. The same text will be read by HQ voices and by Colibri voices. Colibri voices will read the text with a higher speech rate to comply with the suggested application, however the user has complete control of the speech parameters, so that even Colibri voices can be used at lower speed, and high-quality voices at faster speed.
